The cover is off from the most anticipated Oppo N3
smartphone. Oppo launched the phone in an event in Singapore. The device is
tagged at a price of CNY 3,999 which is roughly around Rs. 40,100 but the same handset
has an US pricing of $649 which is around Rs. 39,800. The phone will be
launched in 20 other regions by the end of the year. For India the date of
launch will be in the coming December month.
So now coming to the features of the Oppo N3. The highlight
of N3 is the motorized rotating Swivel camera which can track the moving
objects and it can rotate at an angle of up to 206 degrees. The camera is a
good one as it is of 16-megapixels and features 1/2.3-inch sensor with a pixel
size of 1.34 micrometres. The camera can shoot panorama images of up to
64-megapixels and it also shows off a Schneider Kreuznach certified lens build.
It also has an LED flash with the camera.
The Oppo N3 features a fingerprint sensor on its back panel
which allows its users to perform several functions like protecting images with
fingerprint authentication after shooting with a single swipe.
The Oppo N3 has a screen size of 5.5 inch which is full-HD with
a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels and a pixel density of 403ppi. The phone
functions on the Android 4.4 Kitkat OS and has a Snapdragon 801 chipset which
is supported by a RAM of 2 GB and an Adreno 330 GPU. The handset has a 32 GB of
inbuilt storage which can be expanded up to 128 GB via a Micro SD card.
The Oppo N3 is powered by a 3000mAh battery. This device
includes Bluetooth 4.0, 4G LTE, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and also has options
of USB 2.0 connectivity. The company claims that the Oppo N3 can get charged
from 0 percent to 75 percent in mere 30 minutes which is really fast, and this
is because of the VOOC rapid charging technology.
